Shipping
Hudson Home Decor offers complimentary shipping within the US, by either common carrier for large freight items, or Fedex and UPS Ground shipments.Please note all white glove shipments are by appointment only. You will receive a phone call 48 hours prior to delivery to set up a mutually convenient time and date for delivery. Please note that all delivery attempts will be made only once.


Shipping Time
Our handling times vary by product. Each item is carefully packed and crated on freight items. Our handling times vary between 1 to 2 week. This information can be viewed on the product detail page as each item may have  different handling time.The shipping time it takes to arrive to your home after item leaves our warehouse is an additional 2-3 weeks depending on your proximity to our various warehouse locations. A tracking ID will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse so that you may track the package yourself.


Expedited Time
Expedited shipping is available on select items. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about expediting a specific order.
On certain occasions, we can expedite within 2-3 business days for an up-charge on small packages.


Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your item and we will make every effort to make things right. All claims filed after 72 hours will not be approved.
Our return policy is specific to each product. Please check the product page “returns” tab for details on the return policy for the specific product. Each product will have the one of the following type of return policies:
  • The product can be returned and requires the customer to pay for the return shipping cost plus our initial shipping costs in addition to a restocking fee of 15-25%
  • Product cannot be returned if it is a final sale item.
All we ask is that you keep all the original packaging. Items without original packaging will not be approved for returns. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will reach out to you with the appropriate address for return.


Damaged Items
We offer a money back or discount guarantee on all merchandise that is damaged in transit, however damage claims must be received within 72 hours of item arriving. Please inspect your merchandise carefully and refuse the shipment if your item is damaged beyond repair. Please let us know immediately by email and share with us the following information:


1. Digital photos of the damages and and also pictures of the packaging and boxes so that we can understand how the damage happened.  All images are mandatory for processing a damage claim. Damage claims without documented images unfortunately will not be reviewed. We recommend you to upload the photos to your account or by emailing Sales@hudsonhomedecor.com


In certain instances, we reserve the right to request a furniture repair medic on minor damages to come to you and preform repairs in the comfort of your own home. If the damages are beyond repair, we will ship out a replacement item immediately or credit you for the merchandise. Please this may take up to 2 weeks for replacement items that are in stock.
